1. Class Packs, Memberships, and Events
- All sales are final.
- We do not offer refunds, transfers, or credits for unused classes, memberships, or event tickets.
- Cancellations or missed classes fall under our studio cancellation policy (please see the class booking terms).
2. Merchandise – Socks & Apparel
- Socks are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- All other merchandise is final sale unless the product is defective upon arrival.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged product (excluding socks), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert contact email]. We will review your request and, if applicable, provide a replacement or store credit.
