At Hourglass Pilates, we are committed to providing high-quality classes, events, and merchandise. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Class Packs, Memberships, and Events

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not offer refunds, transfers, or credits for unused classes, memberships, or event tickets.
  • Cancellations or missed classes fall under our studio cancellation policy (please see the class booking terms).

2. Merchandise – Socks & Apparel

  • Socks are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • All other merchandise is final sale unless the product is defective upon arrival.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product (excluding socks), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert contact email]. We will review your request and, if applicable, provide a replacement or store credit.

4. Payment Policy

  • By purchasing class packs, memberships, events, or merchandise, you agree to this no-refund, no-return policy.
