Monica is Reformer and Mat certified and currently completing her Balanced Body apparatus training.

Monica is Reformer and Mat certified and currently completing her Balanced Body apparatus training. She fell in love with Pilates for the way it strengthens the body from the inside out, and her classes are empowering, grounded, and energetic, with a focus on proper form. Off the mat, you’ll find her binging reality TV (the crazier, the better) or flowing through her favorite move, Short Spine.

She discovered Pilates during a tough season for her health and now shares that same joy and strength with her students through spicy, empowering, and fun classes. Expect a blend of classical and contemporary moves, playlists full of good energy, and a whole lot of burn. As a Certified Mat and Megaformer instructor, Thea is also advancing her training in Classical Reformer.

As a Certified Mat and Megaformer instructor, Thea is also advancing her training in Classical Reformer. Inspired by her own service-related injury, she brings her nursing and military background into classes that are empowering, precise, and core-focused. When she’s not teaching, she’s a Trauma Critical Care nurse, a dog lover, and always up for a plank-to-pike with a push-up.

With certifications in Yoga (200-Hour RYT, Hot Yoga) and Lagree Pilates, plus over 100 hours of teaching across Florida, Nikhil brings a zen, transformative, and fun energy to every class.

Off the mat, Nikhil is a Chemical Engineer who lives life like a movie—spontaneous adventures, travel, and new cultures always on the horizon.

Known for her fun, approachable personality, Tricia is passionate about helping her clients feel supported yet challenged at the same time, and takes pride in creating thoughtful sequences paired with a fresh new playlist for every class.

Inspired by how Pilates supported her recovery from injury, she now helps others build strength, mobility, and confidence through dynamic, intentional, and supportive classes. She also founded Solaz Pilates in Wesley Chapel, FL, where her passion for movement and resilience shines. Her favorite move? The Teaser—challenging, but oh-so rewarding.

After a car accident in 2017, she fell in love with yoga for the way it supported both her recovery and her mindset, and she has been passionate about sharing the practice ever since. Her classes are grounding, fun, and empowering, offering a challenging flow to help students destress and reset. Off the mat, Julia has a quirky talent for picking things up with her feet — and her favorite pose is Humble Warrior.

Inspired by how Pilates improved her own mobility and confidence, she loves sharing that same “your body can do hard things” energy with her students. Expect lengthening, strengthening flows, boppy playlists, and a healthy dose of sarcasm to get you through the burn. Outside the studio, Kasey is mom to two goofy doodles and is very serious about her coffee-to-milk-to-sugar ratio.
